COVID-19

HEALTH & SAFETY MEASURES

Guests be will reminded of health requirements when they schedule their appointment, as part of their appointment confirmation and at the door. 

• Guests will be asked to complete a Covid-19 Information & Liability Waiver prior to receiving treatment. 

• Any guest reporting and/or experiencing COVID-19 like symptoms will be politely asked to reschedule their appointment. 

• All employees will go through a health screening at the start of each shift, including a temperature check, and be sent home if experiencing any COVID-19 like symptoms. 

• All guests and employees experiencing symptoms will be asked to follow CDC guidelines regarding duration of self-isolation before coming back into the spa. 

 

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)  

• All Body Magik team members will be required to wear masks or face shields and/or wear gloves/or wash hands before and after treatments. • All spa service providers will wear a clean apron or smock that is changed in between each guest. 

• Guests will be required to wear masks. If they arrive at the spa without a mask, one will be provided.  

 

SOCIAL DISTANCING 

• Arrival – Guests will be asked to arrive no sooner than 5 minutes before the start of their appointment. If they arrive earlier, they may be required to wait outside or in their car if social distancing cannot be maintained in the lobby. Floor stickers will encourage social distancing at check in.  

• Departure – We respectfully request that the lounge be saved for incoming appointments only until further notice.  We also ask that future appointments be booked online or by phone. 

• Greetings – Our employees are trained on touch-less greetings, avoiding hand shaking, hugs, and other non-essential contact. 

 • Cashless transactions (venmo, zelle) will be available for payments and tips.  

• We will be pausing our beverage services.

 

HIGHEST STANDARDS OF SANITATION

• All treatment rooms will be thoroughly disinfected between and each guest. 

• Our common area surfaces will be continuously disinfected throughout the day. 

• As always, service implements, will be disinfected between each guest. 

• We will be encouraging frequent and thorough hand-washing for everyone.
